Subject: August Meeting
The Manitowoc Unit of Fish & Game wants to remind its members and the community that they are back to their regular meeting schedule following the July break. The August meeting is scheduled for the 13th at 7pm, Lincoln Park, Cabit #1. As always, meetings are open to the public and feature a brief business meeting, speaker and lunch.
The August speaker will be DNR Warden David Bennett, who will update the group on activities in the area and recent enforcement needs and actions. The Manitowoc Unit works to offer a variety of speakers and topics to inform members and the community on issues important to conservation in Manitowoc County.
Manitowoc County Fish & Game works to promote and protect the rights and resources of sporting men and women in the county through a variety of projects and education programming. It supports youth programs to get young people involved outdoors. It is one of 25 clubs that work together in Manitowoc County. The community is also reminded to visit the organization’s new website, launched in January.
