The Manitowoc Unit of Fish & Game announces their Octber 2026 meeting.  The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, the 14^th at 7pm, Lincoln Park, Cabin #1.  It was noted this is the last meeting of the year there, with November and December meetings being held at the Manitowoc Gun Club. As always, meetings are open to the public and feature a brief business meeting, speaker and lunch. It is a great way to connect with other sporting men and women and keep up on key conservation and stewardship issues.

Speaker for the evening will be Jason Breeggemann, senior fish biologist of DNR.  He will discuss area fish stocking and lake issues, including a report on the winter kill that happened at Silver Lake in Manitowoc. There will be opportunities for questions and discussions.

The Manitowoc Unit of Fish & Game is a conservation and stewardship organization protecting the rights and resources of the area for almost 120 years.  It supports youth programs to get young people involved outdoors. It is one of 24 clubs that work together in Manitowoc County Fish & Game.
