SMOKED COUNTRY STYLE RIBS
1 or 2 packages of Country Style Ribs 1/4 Cup Water
Carolina Style BBQ Sauce 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Cup Prepared Mustard 3 Tablespoons Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Sugar 1/2 to 2 teaspoons of Cayenne pepper depending
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar on your heat preference
1/4 Cu Cider Vinegar 2 Tablespoons Butter
DIRECTIONS:
Place ribs in smoker and cook according to smoker directions. If your smoker is old school use a combination of lump charcoal and presoaked wood chips/chunks. Recommended woods include apple and hickory. About an hour before the ribs are done, mix all ingredients for the sauce together and cook for 30 minutes. When ribs are done, place in Dutch oven and spread BBQ sauce on them Warm over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes to flavor sauce through meat.
