BBQ  TROUT

Salt & Pepper

Flour

Olive oil

1/2 Cup Dry White Wine

2  Tablespoons Water

1/3  Cup  BBQ  Sauce

1  Tablespoon ( Cup) Fresh Lemon juice to taste

Oregano

DIRECTIONS:

Season fish with salt & pepper and coat lightly with flour. Fry until half done. Place in a casserole dish. Mix water, wine, BBQ sauce and lemon juice, and baste trout with mixture. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Baste fish several times while baking. Sprinkle with oregano before serving.
