Hi Fellow Members,
The SCTP Triple Challenge is nearly here (May 14–17), and we are expecting hundreds of youth shooters and their families to join us. This is a marquee event for our club—it’s a major source of revenue and a fantastic opportunity to showcase our grounds.
To ensure we make the event a success, we need your help in two key areas. Let’s make this a total team effort and ensure the load isn’t carried by the same generous group as always.
1. Help Us Prepare
We need hands on deck to get the club looking its best.
Prep Day: Saturday, May 9th
Start Time: 8:00 AM
Goal: Getting the range and grounds “diamond-ready” for the event.
2. Coolers Needed
We are in need of extra coolers for the event. If you have one you are willing to let us borrow, please:
Label your cooler: Please clearly mark it with your name and phone number
Note: We will take great care of your equipment and ensure it is returned to you immediately following the event.
