We have two fantastic fun shoots right around the corner, giving us the perfect opportunity to do what we love while supporting two incredible causes. Dust off your shotguns and come make a difference!

• Saturday, August 15th: Pink Heals Shoot🌸 We are proud to host a special benefit shoot for Pink Heals of Manitowoc County. Let’s turn the club pink and raise some serious support for local families.
• Sunday, September 13th: “Shoot for Vets”🇺🇸 Join us for our annual salute to those who served. All proceeds will go directly toward supporting our veterans.

☀️ SUMMER LEAGUE IS HEATING UP!

The Manitowoc Gun Club Summer League is officially in full swing! This season, we have a phenomenal turnout with 14 teams competing across 3 divisions. The competition is fierce, but the camaraderie is even better.

Not on a team? No problem! We are open for practice rounds every Tuesday and Thursday night. Even if you aren’t tracking league scores, come on out, smash some targets, and enjoy some cold drinks and good fun

🏆 TRIPLE CHALLENGE A SMASHING SUCCESS!

The SCTP Triple Challenge, held from May 21st to May 24th, was an absolute home run! The turnout was fantastic, but more importantly, the execution was flawless thanks to the powerhouse of talent we call our membership.

• A Huge Shout-Out:Thank you immensely to every single member who volunteered their time, hauled supplies, and worked the lines to make this event successful. We couldn’t do it without you!
• MGC in the Spotlight:Did you catch the news? Our very own Chris Yindrawas featured on Fox 11’s Good Day Wisconsin on the Sunday of the event! Way to represent the club, Chris!
• The To-Do List Never Ends:While the big event is behind us, we still have a bunch of facility projects on our radar to keep our grounds in tip-top shape. If you have a few hours to spare or a handy skill to offer, please reach out to a board member.

🎯 ATA REGISTERED MARATHON EVENT: JUNE 20th

Get ready for some registered targets! On Saturday, June 20th, we will be hosting an official Amateur Trapshooters Association (ATA) event.

This shoot is a premier opportunity for local trapshooters to log registered targets and secure their qualifications for upcoming state and national competitive events.

✋ Help Wanted: Events like this require a full crew. We can always use a few extra sets of eyes to help keep score. If you can volunteer as a score marker, please consider joining us for a front-row seat to some great shooting!

🌐 MGC JOINS EAST WISCONSIN SHOTGUN SPORTS

We are excited to announce that MGC has officially partnered with the East Wisconsin Shotgun Sports website to help promote our upcoming events!

👏 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: HATS OFF TO RON WIESNER!

If you see Ron Wiesner around the clubhouse, please give him a firm handshake and a big pat on the back!

Ron recently won yet another flat of shells (seriously, save some for the rest of us, Ron!), and he immediately donated it right back to a benefit raffle supporting the Wisconsin Trapshooters Association (WTA). Thank you for your incredible generosity and sportsmanship, Ron! This is exactly the kind of spirit that makes the Manitowoc Gun Club so special.
