WISCONSIN WATERFOWL ASSN. names STATE REP. PAUL TITTL “LEGISLATOR OF THE YEAR” for all his hard work in Conservation.

On May 27, 2026, Wisconsin Waterfowl Assn. presented its “LEGISLATOR OF THE YEAR” award to STATE REP. PAUL TITTL from Manitowoc, WI. In the photo on the left side is Dave Elwing, State Secretary for WWA, State Rep. Paul Tittl, and Brad Heidel, Executive Director of WWA.   Rep. Tittl worked very hard on trying to get us a Sand Hill Crane Hunting season and he also worked on the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship fund bill. Both bills passed in the Assembly, but once in the Senate it loss by ONE Vote.  Both bills will be coming back with the help of Rep. Tittl  when he is re-elected to his seat. Rep. Tittl is a member of the Manitowoc Unit of the Manitowoc County Fish & Game Prot. Assn. which is made up of 23 clubs in the county. As a member of the Legislature, Manitowoc County should be very proud of the fact that Rep. Tittl shows up at our County and local club meetings to explain what is going on in Madison. In fact, all of our elected county state representatives show up at our county meetings as time allows them to. We are so lucky to have such wonderful elected people in our county that care for the nature we have in this state. Thank you State Rep. Paul Tittl for all you have done for all citizens of Manitowoc County and those in other parts of your district.  RVL
