Something wonderfully strange is coming to Willow Falls…
On Thursday, October 15, we’re opening the doors for A Rocky Transylvanian Wine Dinner. If you have experienced our dinners before you know you’re in for five delicious courses, five perfect wine pairings, and an evening with just the right amount of theatrical mischief. If you’ve never been – then this is the one to start with!!!
Check in and Cocktails begin at 5:30 PM, with dinner at 6:00 PM.
Our menu for the evening:
- Science Fiction / Double Feature – Our luscious Crab cake with roasted red pepper–smoked paprika and black garlic aioli
- Over at the Frankenstein Place – Celery root & leek soup swirled with roasted red pepper oil A Toast! – Crostini with smoked paprika garlic butter and red pepper jam
- Hot Patootie — Bless My Soul – Crisp oven-fried chicken fritter with herbed ancient-grain farro, oven-roasted seasonal vegetables, creamy sherry sauce, garnished with fresh parsley and shallot pesto
- Rose Tint My World – Decadent chocolate pot de crème with vanilla whipped cream and a warm red pepper jam reprise
And if you feel inspired to get into the spirit of the evening, the guests will be selecting a Best Dressed on Theme winner. Dressing up is completely optional — come however you’re comfortable and ready for a fun night out.
