Venison Stir Fry
Ingredients Stir Fry
¼ Cup soy sauce 1 lbs. venison loin cut into ¼ inch thick strips 1” wide 3 T corn starch 2 T vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic minced 1 green pepper cut into strips
2 tsp ground ginger 1 medium onion thinly sliced
1 tsp white pepper 1 ½ cup celery thinly sliced
1 tsp five-spice powder 1 cup carrots thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli flowerets
1 cup fresh snow pea pods
1 medium jalapeno pepper thinly sliced
1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Brown both sides of pork chop in butter in a cast iron skillet. Remove from pan. Add onion and garlic saute until onion is translucent. In medium bowl, mix bread crumbs, celery seed, appl, basil, and oregano. Stir in onions and garlic. Slightly beat egg an stir into stuffing mix. Place pork chops back into cast iron skillet and put stuffing in pocket made in pork chop. Add bouillon/wine mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove pork chops from pan and serve.
