Bird Busters Youth League sign up will be Feb 28th at the Manitowoc Gun Club . This is a great opportunity to get kids involved so please spread the word. Please contact Chris Yindra (920) 323 3123 for more information.
Lakeshore Challenge on Sunday, March 1st at 9am. This is a round robin event that consists of 50 16 yard targets & 50 handicap. Please feel free to compete or stop out to give us a hand with marking or filling.
2026 Spring Warm Up League will begin on Thu, March 5th and ends on Thu, April 30th. This will be an individual Lewis league. We will take your best 50 16 yard, doubles & handicap targets for your total score. If you are new to doubles or handicap events, this is a great opportunity to give it a try. Shoot as many rounds as you would like to keep improving your total to a max of 150. These targets will be eligible for ATA Big 50s.
Commemorative Brick Project on the new trap field is looking great. The deadline for brick orders is March 30th. Please contact Gregg Wolf (920) 323 6764 for more information on how to participate.
Silver Creek Volunteer Fire Department Benefit Shoot will on held on Saturday, April 25th. There will be food, raffles and a 50 bird trap shoot.
Tuesday Shooting starting on March 5th. Join us for open or league shooting. We will be open on Tues through the summer as long as we have attendance.
PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS May 14 – 17th for The Manitowoc Gun Club SCTP Triple Challenge sponsored by Pheasants Forever. Several hundred youth shooters will be competing at our club for three days. This event has put our club in a great light over the past several years…truly something to be proud of! The issue is we have a handful of people doing all the work. We would love to have you join us so please set aside some of your valuable time to lend a hand.
FUN FACT: There are 497 pellets in an ounce of 8.5s and 461 pellets in 1 1/8 of 8s.
