Ingredients

  •  2 – 14 oz cans diced tomatoes with onion and garlic – undrained
  •  2 – 14 oz cans beef broth
  •  3 cups water
  •  1 tsp Italian seasoning
  •  1 – 16 oz package small frozen cooked Italian style meatballs
  •  2 cups frozen Italian blend vegetables
  •  1 cup small star-shaped dried pasta
  •  ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source add in the tomatoes, beef broth, water, Italian seasoning, meatballs, vegetables and pasta.
  2. Cover and cook for 20 minutes until the meatballs are heated through and the pasta is tender.
  3. Divide the soup among bowls and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
