Some paths lead exactly where you expect…
This one leads Into the Woods.
August 27, 2026. 5:30 cocktails 6:00 Dinner
On Thursday, August 27, Willow Falls becomes a woodland table where story, seasonal flavor, paired wines, and a little theatrical mischief meet. Our five-course wine dinner takes inspiration from the beloved musical and from the forest itself — through smoke, orchard fruit, walnuts, herbs, late-summer vegetables, and food meant to be passed and shared.
Along the way, you’ll meet Little Red Riding Hood, follow The Path, discover why No One Is Alone, face The Wolf’s Supper, and finish in The Giant’s Orchard.
Each course will be accompanied by thoughtfully selected wines. Dress on theme if the woods call to you: storybook, theatrical, enchanted, woodsy — or simply touched with forest green, berry, gold, or autumn color. Costumes are welcome, never required.
The Menu
- THE WISH — LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD Roasted baby beet with crisp apple, toasted walnut, pickled mustard seed, and tart berry vinaigrette
- THE PATH Rustic late-summer vegetable soup with tomatoes, zucchini, sweet corn, white beans, and garden herbs in a rich, satisfying broth
- NO ONE IS ALONE Warm rustic bread passed and shared, with roasted-garlic herb butter and tart cranberry-apple chutney
- THE WOLF’S SUPPER Smoked pork chop with green black walnut, brandy, and apple glaze, served with herb-roasted potatoes and late-summer vegetables
- LAST MIDNIGHT — THE GIANT’S ORCHARD Warm orchard fruit cobbler with oat-walnut crumble and maple-sage cream
And come ready for more than dinner. An original interactive experience has been created especially for the evening — with surprises, table conversation, choices to make, and a woodland mystery waiting somewhere along the path.
