Mexican Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small block Queso pasteurized cheese
  • 1 small jar of taco sauce
  • 1 can refried beans

Directions:

1.  Add the 1 lb. of ground beef to a non-stick CanCooker Junior or Companion.

2.  Brown on low to low/medium heat.

3.  Add the cheese, taco sauce and beans.

4.  Cook until cheese is melted stirring occasionally.

5.  Serve with tortilla chips.

Garlic Parmesan Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Par-Tee Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
  • 1 8 oz. carton of regular or light sour cream
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise

Directions:

1.  Combine Par-Tee Garlic Parmesan seasoning, sour cream and mayonnaise in a medium bowl until well blended.

2.  Serve with your choice of vegetables or chips.

Also can be used as a salad dressing, on sandwiches, burgers and more!
