Ingredients

  •  1 lb. bacon – chopped into ½ inch thick pieces
  •  4 cups corn kernels – fresh or frozen
  •  2 tbsp minced garlic
  •  ½ cup sliced green onions – white and green parts
  •  ½ tsp paprika
  •  2 tbsp parsley – chopped
  •  salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source cook the bacon until it starts to get crispy.
  2. Push the bacon to the side of the CanCooker to continue cooking.
  3. Add the corn kernels into the CanCooker and cook the corn for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add in the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the green onions to the corn mixture stir to incorporate the bacon.
  6. Season with the paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm.
