Ryan Sullivan from the Seven Rivers Soil Cooperative will speak to attendees regarding initiatives and successes of this organization that was formed a few years ago. Ryan is a retired Combat Air force veteran with 26 years of service and is now a first generation farmer. He and his wife Jackie built and own the Sullivan Family Farm north of Manitowoc. The farm produces grass fed lamb, organic poultry, chemical free vegetables and raw honey.

- The 2027 meeting dates in room 300 are 2/25/27, 4/22/27, 6/24/27 (possible hands on workshop), 8/26/27, and 11/18/27. The 2027 annual meeting/banquet date will be announced later.
