Up date of the deer killing and heads cut off in Manitowoc County in 2025. Back in 2025 there was a party caught dropping off deer bodies at the Reeedsville Sportsmen’s Club garbage dumpster. 
As you can see this is a total waste of a nature resources that many of us deer hunters would of liked to harvested. Well, after months of not hearing anything, and many sportsmen asking what is going on in the case, I finally got an answer ( a very little bit of info ) and here is what the Madison DNR Office had to say after I turn in an Open Records Request for information. “I am following up on your request. The incident you are looking for is tied to a larger case. I am looking to see what your looking to obtain reports wise. There are a lkot of different reports, photos, recordings, and other documents that could lead to location fees of $50 or more.” So from those words it’s my opinon that there is more to the case then just chopping off deer heads. I wonder if there is a Lacey Act violation mixed up in all of this. I’ll keep all of you informed once I find out more info. RVL
