The merino wool is spun around nylon to increase durability and elasticity, while the touch of spandex yields the ideal level of stretch. The merino wool naturally wicks away moisture and offers natural antimicrobial properties without supplementary treatments.

Construction-wise, the Kinetic Merino 150 Short Sleeve Crew is sewn with flatlock seams for supreme next-to-skin comfort. Its crew neck also lays flat to subsidize layering, while raglan sleeves endorse mobility and comfort.

So, what exactly is Merino wool?

It’s a superfine natural fiber that’s sheared from Merino sheep. Originally from Spain, Merino sheep are now raised in South America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United States.

Key to merino wool of the highest quality is the diameter of its fibers, measured in microns (one millionth of a meter).
