Meet Our Machinery

Professional problem-solver and St. Croix Factory Store Manager, Neil Noller, has been a part of the St. Croix Family for 2-1/2 years. “It’s my job to make sure our full-service online and in-person tackle shop here in Park Falls keeps running smoother than a perfectly tied fishing knot,” he says. “Some days I’m a troubleshooter, some days a cleaner or something else, but every day a proud part of the St. Croix crew.” Dedicated to both family and fishing, Neil says the Factory Store’s customers and the people on the St. Croix Team are his favorite parts of his job. “I just love the people and the passion that surrounds this place… and the fact that talking about fishing all day counts as work.” Neil says his favorite species is whatever is biting but admits to having a soft spot for walleyes. His favorite rod? “That’s like asking me to pick my favorite child!” he says, “but if I have to answer, I’ll say Legend Elite Panfish.
