Savage Arms Unveils 2020 Lineup

Westfield, Massachusetts – January 10, 2020 – Savage Arms will showcase new guns at the 42nd annual SHOT Show in Las Vegas, Nevada January 21—January 24. Details about the new firearms, including Renegauge—the company’s new semiautomatic shotgun—are available at www.savagearms.com. In addition, Savage will be launching several new models and configurations.

Renegauge: Savage’s new semiautomatic shotgun is available in three configurations: Field, Turkey, and Waterfowl. Renegauge runs on the D.R.I.V. gas system, which allows the 12 gauge to cycle everything from low-brass target rounds to 3” Magnum hunting loads. And the stock can be configured in 20 ways to ensure a perfect fit.

110 Precision: The 110 Precision pairs Savage’s legendary 110 action with a custom stock designed by the accuracy experts at Modular Driven Technologies (MDT). From the adjustable comb height and length-of-pull, to the capabilities of its AccuTrigger™, this aluminum-framed rifle is set up for exacting performance.

110 Ultralite: Savage teamed up with PROOF Research® to craft a barrel for a purpose-driven firearm. At 6 pounds, the 110 Ultralite has a carbon fiber wrapped stainless steel barrel, a melonite skeletonized receiver, Savage’s AccuFit™ technology and a user-adjustable AccuTrigger.

555 Trap: Stevens’ new 555 Single Barrel Trap shotgun’s aluminum receiver is scaled to gauge and incorporates a steel insert that reinforces the breech. The fast handling 555 has a Turkish walnut stock and fore-end, a shell extractor, and a tang mounted manual safety–at a price that’s unmatched among comparable models.

A22 BNS-SR: A laminate stock and a button-rifled carbon steel barrel allow for optimal accuracy from the new A22 BNS-SR. The semi-automatic straight blowback action, chambered in 22 LR, provides reliable performance. The rifle features the user-adjustable AccuTrigger, a 10 round rotary magazine, and a threaded muzzle.

AXIS II Precision: The Savage AXIS II has built a reputation as a budget friendly rifle that doesn’t sacrifice accuracy or performance. Now the AXIS II family has been given a Precision Series upgrade. Savage has partnered with Modular Driven Technologies (MDT) to take the AXIS II to new distances.

B Series BNS-SR: The high comb, top tang safety, and target-style vertical pistol grip allow shooters to hold the B Series  BNS-SR in a more natural position and put less pressure on the wrist. The rifle runs from a 10-round rotary magazine and has a user-adjustable AccuTrigger. All three rifles also use thread-in zero tolerance headspacing. Chambered in 22 LR, 17 HMR and 22 WMR.

301 Turkey XP: The single-shot M301 produces lethal patterns with minimal recoil. Its break action is simple and incredibly reliable, and the 26-inch barrel is optimized for new HEAVYWEIGHT TSS payloads. The one-piece rail is equipped with a 1×30 Red Dot, and the gun is available in both Mossy Oak® Bottomland and Obsession camouflage.

Attendees at Industry Day at the Range can come experience the new Savages for themselves at booths LR 1 and SG-5. SHOT Show attendees will find Renegauge and the rest of Savage’s 2020 lineup at booth 15327.
