We’d like your help to prioritize and plan projects to improve fish and wildlife populations and their habitats in the Lower Green Bay and Fox River AOC. If you have already completed a public input form, thank you!

If you have not yet had a chance to do so, please complete this public input form by August 31.

The questions focus on five restoration projects along Green Bay’s lower east shore. The form has seven sections: one dedicated to input on each of the five projects, one that allows you to compare the projects and one that asks a little about you.

Completing the input form will take 15-20 minutes. Your input is anonymous. We will evaluate and summarize responses collectively and will not attribute comments to individuals. Please note that answers will not be saved if you exit out of the survey before submitting it.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your views on these fish and wildlife habitat restoration projects!
