INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. asparagus, bottoms trimmed
- 2 tbsp butter
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup sliced almonds
DIRECTIONS:
In a non-stick CanCooker Jr. or Companion melt butter on a medium-low heat. Once butter is melted add asparagus and cook until tender 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally. When asparagus is cooked remove from heat and add parmesan cheese and almonds. Serve immediately. |
