Owl WEEK Is Almost Here!
Two Rivers, WI – Did you know that eleven different species of owls have been recorded in Wisconsin? Of that eleven, six species regularly nest and raise their young in the state. In recognition of these captivating birds, Woodland Dunes is holding Owl Week from Sunday, July 19 thru Saturday, the 25th.
“People from all over the world are fascinated with owls, so we’re going to celebrate them in a fun way,” says Jessica Johnsrud, Education Coordinator for Woodland Dunes and event over-seer.
