It doesn’t matter if you are a seasoned hunter, a new hunter, or even if you have never hunted but like the idea of sourcing your own protein and care about where your food comes from, we feel we will have something here for everyone.
If you are just looking to pick up a couple of new recipes here on our website for wild game, or you are looking to start from scratch with one of our From Field To Table events – everyone is welcome!
Even if you have never fired a firearm before, our instructors will walk you through the entire process, including firearm safety, practical shooting, and even shot placement once you are ready to hunt.

This event superseded my expectations. First off, the staff of T Diamond Ranch and Outdoor Solutions were outstanding and operated like a well-oiled machine.
As someone who is passionate about hunting, food and sustainability this event blew me away. Beyond the amazing hunting opportunities and first class accommodations, the instruction I received from Chef and the Outdoor Solutions staff was more than I expected. I have worked in a professional kitchen before and was surprised yet pleased to have that same experience. It was rewarding to gain the knowledge and confidence to return home with a new set of skills that I know I will use for the rest of my life.

Greg, I just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for putting on such a great experience. I have cooked for all of my adult life but never experienced anything like the dinner that we prepared on Tuesday. Chef Wutsch has the patience of Job, and his years of instruction really shined in a busy kitchen of novice hunters. The meal would not have been such a success without the support of the T-Diamond staff. The wine pairings that Brandon selected were outstanding.
Outdoor Solutions really knows how to put on an event, they were very organized, and you could tell they had been putting on events for many year. We will be back for another From Field To Table event.

Hi, my name is Rafael, I have interacted Outdoor Solutions on a couple of events and once back when they were connected with the NRA. Their intense commitment to safety and high degree of professionalism is what keeps me coming back.
May 2019 I participated in the “From Field to Table” event, met some great folks who had the same interest on shooting and cooking. The chef they brought out for this event was easy to speak with and very informative. He had a lot of patients with us in the kitchen and we turned out some restaurant quality dishes which I’m still cooking today.
One of the advantages of Outdoor Solutions is their relationships with Remington and Zeiss. You don’t even have to have your own gear, they supplied everything, even the ammo! I will definitely be back for more.
