Well, this week is the Manitowoc County County Fair and it looks like it might be a really good week weather wish also. There are two county Conservation groups working at the fair to make money for their projects to be spent over the next year. Both groups use the fair to raise money for the year to support conservation projects they are involved in. Pictured above is the IZAAK WALTON LEAGUE of Manitowoc County who sell Corn on the Cob to raise money and this writer loves their corn. So good and the corn comes from local farmers.
The other group is SHOTO CONSERVATION CLUB with the award winning Hot Ham sandwiches. They are located right across from the corn stand and if you need to hear some music and get a cold one (Soda or Beer), stop into the tent and step up to the bar. They offer all kinds of food items and you will not go hungry.
