What exactly are these innovative technologies?

Carbon Alloy^®

Carbon Alloy combines treated carbon, activated carbon, and zeolite to absorb odors emitted by your body. Carbon Alloy utilizes natural coconut shell carbon, as it has the largest internal surface area of any carbon on earth. This massive surface area promotes the adsorption of the broadest scent molecule range. It innately secures these molecules and holds them until you reactivate your gear in a household dryer.

Silver Alloy™

Silver Alloy is based on a silver salt solution applied to the fabric to control the growth of bacteria in the harshest environments. This dyeable fiber will not wear out and lasts the life of the garment.

Like all Ridge gear, the design and construction of the bib is immaculate. For openers, the knees are preformed – articulated – to promote movement and keep the legs in place when you sit. Gusseting is another hallmark, meaning ScentLok stitched a separate fabric panel in the crotch area, which vastly improves range of motion while on the go, as well as providing greater looseness when sitting in the stand.

The smart design of the adjustable shoulder straps also deserves mention. ScentLok advanced the conventional overalls strap by going fully elastic, accentuating the bibs comprehensive comfort proposition. Moreover, the straps are populated with silicone for grip to stay in place.

Key zipper placements include a two-way center zipper for when nature calls and knee-length side seam zippers mean you can get in and out of the bib without removing footwear.

Pockets aren’t scarce, either. The Ridge Bib sports eight total, including two chest for managing sundries, two waist for camping your hands, two invisible-zip thigh to accommodate lightweight gear, and two snap closure cargo pockets for even more carrying capacity.
