Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground venison
- 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (25 oz.) jar marinara sauce
- 3 cups water
- 4 cups mini lasagna noodles or broken lasagna noodles
- 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Press [Saute] on Instant Pot and brown venison
- Season with salt and pepper, add onion and garlic, cook until softened
- Pour in sauce and mix together
- Pour noodles on top of venison
- Pour water on top of noodles – do NOT stir together once water has been added
- Set Instant Pot to [High Pressure] and cook for 4 minutes
- Add cottage cheese and stir everything together
- Sprinkle cheese on top, close lid until cheese has melted
- Serve
