Crock-Pot Corned Beef

- 1 corned beef brisket
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 pack of baby carrots
- 7 small red potatoes
- 1 white or yellow onion, chopped
- 2 dark ale stout beers
- 1 can beef broth
Place cut onion in crock pot. Add corned beef and seasoning, followed by carrots and potatoes.
Pour both beers and broth over the top. Cook on high for 6 hours.
Cut cabbage into small wedges and place in crock pot and cook for 2–3 more hours.
