- 3 pounds beef chuck roast, cut into 1 ½ inch cubes

- 1 can French onion soup
- CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 bottle Irish Stout (we used Guinness)
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bag frozen peas
