Pull on the bell-bottoms, break out the fringe, and cruise back to the decade of lava lamps, wood-paneled station wagons, basement hangouts, and seriously groovy comfort food.
On Thursday, August 13, Willow Falls of Johnsonville is serving up a four-course beer pairing dinner inspired by the playful spirit of the 1970s. Each course will be paired with a carefully selected Wisconsin beer, with stories, tasting notes, and plenty of retro fun along the way.
Expect trivia, laughs, and a few nostalgic surprises between courses. Guests are encouraged to don their favorite ’70s outfit—whether that means disco sparkle, flower power, denim, fringe, platform shoes, or your best basement-party look.
