Ingredients
Sauce:

- 2 10.5 ounce Cans French Onion Soup
- 1 large Onion
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
Meatballs:
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 1½ cup Swiss Cheese
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 tbsp Parsley Chopped
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tbsp CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning

Directions
- In any non-stick Cancooker Jr or Companion cook onions and garlic on a medium low heat until translucent.
- When translucent add French onion soup, thyme, and Onion Pepper Seasoning.
- Place lid on CanCooker and simmer for 10 minutes to help reduce liquid.
- Meanwhile, mix ground chicken, ½ cup Swiss cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, garlic, Onion Pepper Seasoning and All Purpose Seasoning.
- Combine ingredients and form into 16 meatballs.
- Remove lid from the CanCooker and add meatballs to the sauce.
- Replace lid and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes.
- When meatballs are cooked, remove from the CanCooker and top with sauce.
- Garnish with remaining 1 cup Swiss cheese and serve immediately.
