Tropical Blast to Raise Funds for Woodland Dunes

Two Rivers, – Woodland Dunes is ready to have a Blast again on Saturday, Feb. 25th during the 7th Annual Tropical Blast at Sepia in Two Rivers.

 

“This is our largest fundraising event of the year and we are so happy to be bringing something bright and fun in the middle of this gray winter,” stated Nancy Nabak, event organizer and Communication Coordinator for Woodland Dunes. Nabak says they hope to raise over $40,000 to support nature-based education and conservation programs.

 

The festive evening will consist of a cocktail hour with Caribbean music, a fantastic dinner catered by Courthouse Pub, a raffle with real pineapples and a chance to win a gas grill or dress watch, both valued at over $400. There will also be a wine raffle and lively oral and silent auctions. A few surprises may be sprinkled into the night as well. Suggested attire is resort casual, beach formal.

 

Must-have auction items to bid on: life sized Hooded warbler carving by world carving champion, Gary Eigenberger – $1,500 value; framed and autographed Forrest Gregg jersey, chocolate baskets, hotel stays, beautiful artwork, outdoor packages and more.
