WISCONSIN DELLS, Wisc. (March 22, 2022) — The Wisconsin Open Season Sportsman’s Sportsman’s Expo is this weekend at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in the Wisconsin Dells, March 25-27.
The Wisconsin Open Season Sportsman’s Expo features the latest products, gear and equipment for hunting, fishing and outdoor enthusiasts from industry-leading Exhibitors. Many of the Exhibitors offer exclusive “Try, Before You Buy” demo opportunities and specials “Show-only” pricing.
Byron Ferguson will be performing his always entertaining Archery Trick Shot Show as part of the Seminar Series. Jason Clark will be hosting his engaging and educational Snake Show.
Art Helin will be speaking on the practice of patterning mature bucks. Also part of the Seminar Series will be Alan Probst, discussing trapping, Tom Mesnard, chatting about hunting land management as well as Kevin Boyer, sharing insight on building successful hunting properties.
Mike Brust, who has called in hundreds of predators over the last 40 years, will share his insight on predator calling. Jeff Fredrick will focus his seminar on aggressive calling for a better turkey hunt.
Tom Petry and Nick Ventura will discuss filming hunts and working in outdoor television. The pair will also be hosting an ‘After Hours’ Film Release Party on Saturday evening for their film, The Old Bull. The ‘After Hours’ event will take place in the Marula Room, from 7-10 p.m., with the film starting at 8 p.m. The Film Release Party is free, but attendees must have a ticket, which can be picked up at the Become 1 Booth (A305).
Deer Scoring and the Trophy Deer Contest presented by Busch Light provides the opportunity for attendees to bring their deer and have it scored and compete for awards.
The Expo begins on Friday, March 25 and is open from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., continues on Saturday, March 26 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and wraps up on Sunday, March 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
