Where Wolves and Wisconsin Stand
Dear Sportsman,
There’s no hotter button than wolf management. Whether through ballot-box introduction or natural dispersion, wolf populations have grown exponentially over the past several decades all across their range in the United States.
The science is clear: wolves in the Western Great Lakes are fully and unequivocally recovered!
Yet animal extremists want to keep wolves in Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin protected under the Endangered Species Act forever. We can’t let this happen, and with your help we won’t – wolves must be managed in accordance with historically and scientifically proven methods. The future of our outdoor heritage depends on it.
The Sportsmen’s Alliance has fought for 20 years to bring sanity and scientific management to wolf states like yours – and we’ll keep fighting no matter what trick radical animal-extremist organizations try next.
We will continue to fight for delisting of wolves in Wisconsin, as well as in Minnesota and Michigan. We know as well as you that it is beyond time to return wolf management to your state.
Thank you for your support, because without you, we cannot continue our work to protect America’s outdoor heritage for future generations.
Sincerely,
Evan Heusinkveld
President and CEO, Sportsmen’s Alliance
