Oriental Pot Roast

 

one 3 to 4 lb chuck roast

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup white wine

3 cloves minced garlic

2 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1 medium onion, sliced

 

Brown roast on each side and place on foil. Mix soy sauce, wine, garlic, ginger, pepper and brown sugar. Pour over roast. Add sliced onions and wrap in foil. Grill indirect for 90 minutes.
