Venison Kofta Kebabs Appetizer Recipe

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds ground venison
1 medium yellow onion, quartered
2 garlic cloves
1 whole bunch flat leafed parsley, stems removed (about 2 packed cups parsley leaves)
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
2 slices of bread, toasted until browned and soaked in water until fully tender
2 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp black pepper
1 ½ tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp paprika
Bamboo skewers
Pita bread and Tzatziki sauce for serving
