Subject:     Manitowoc Unit September Meeting

The Manitowoc Unit of Fish & Game announces that their August meeting is set for Wednesday, September 11th.  The meetings are held always on the second Wednesday of the month, at Lincoln Park, Cabin #1.  Members and the community are always welcome.

The speaker for the September meeting will be Manitowoc Mayor Justin Nichols who will update the group on progress in the City of Manitowoc and especially in Lincoln Park where the club has called home for over 50 years.  There will also be time for questions and discussions.

The unit reminds the community that memberships for the 2024 term are now available.  Manitowoc Unit dues are still only $5 annually.  The club is also announcing that Friday, October 18th will be their Fish & Game Family Fish Fry event, again being held at 7 Lakes Golf and Dining.  This is the club’s only fundraiser.  More on that in coming weeks

Manitowoc Fish & Game works to promote and protect the rights and resources of sporting men and women in the county through a variety of projects and education programming.  It supports youth programs to get young people involved in the outdoors. It is one of 25 clubs that work together in Manitowoc County.
