Subject: Manitowoc Unit December Meeting
The Manitowoc Unit of Fish & Game announces they will be holding a full meeting on December 2nd, 7pm at the Manitowoc Gun Club. It is noted that with the group is returning to the normal schedule of meetings for this last meeting of 2021 and for the start of the new year. There will be lunch and refreshments served at the meeting under current plans.
December meeting will include of officers for 2022, including Directors, serving the Manitowoc County Fish & Game Protective Association. Officers served and extra term in 2021 due to the pandemic and change in meeting status. The terms will now return to a normal one-year term. Nominations are also taken from the floor at the December meeting and any interested parties can be included.
Manitowoc Fish & Game works to promote and protect the rights of sporting men and women in the county through a variety of projects and education programming. It is one of 25 clubs that work together in Manitowoc County. There was also a reminder that grant requests for the FORWARD Endowment are now being accepted through December 31st, for hunting, fishing & conservation projects. FORWARD was founded by the Manitowoc Unit and has provided over $130,000 in community grants since 1994.
