INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package (13.5 ounces) kielbasa sausage, 1 inch sized chunks
  • 1 pound snow crab legs
  • 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 pounds mini red potatoes, halved
  • 1 1 pound bag baby carrots
  • 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 bag (3 ounces) shrimp and crab boil Seasoning
  • 5 tablespoons CanCooker Creole Seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 cup water

DIRECTIONS:

Place rack in can cooker and add beer and water.

Top with the sausage, crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, carrots, corn, lemon and Seasonings; cover and cook on medium/low heat for 50 minutes.

Serve with additional seasoning.
