SONJA’S STEAMPOT
DESCRIPTION
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package (13.5 ounces) kielbasa sausage, 1 inch sized chunks
- 1 pound snow crab legs
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 pounds mini red potatoes, halved
- 1 1 pound bag baby carrots
- 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1 bag (3 ounces) shrimp and crab boil Seasoning
- 5 tablespoons CanCooker Creole Seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1 can beer
- 1 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
Place rack in can cooker and add beer and water.
Top with the sausage, crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, carrots, corn, lemon and Seasonings; cover and cook on medium/low heat for 50 minutes.
Serve with additional seasoning.
