Smoked Sausage with Satueed Vegetables

Prep Time – 5minutes 
Cook Time – 20minutes 

Ingredients

  • 23 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 ring Johnsonville Smoked Sausage Cut into Pieces
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper Diced
  • ½ cup onion Diced
  • CanCooker All-Purpose Seasoning To Taste
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Directions

  • In a non-stick CanCooker add the oil, sausage, green beans, red bell pepper and onion.

    Cook on a medium temperature and saute stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender. Approx 20 minutes.

    Season to taste with our CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning, salt and pepper.

    We are not adding liquid to this recipe, we are using the non-stick feature to saute instead of steam.
