Ingredients:
SAUCE
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 4 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp crushed red pepper
BREADING
- 12-18 medium shrimp
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 packet Par-Tee Firecracker
- 2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Devein and peel shrimp, then rinse shrimp and pat dry. In a medium size bowl mix milk and egg together. In another medium size bowl combine flour, panko, Par-Tee firecracker and pepper until well mixed. Place 1 shrimp at a time in the egg mix and coat in the flour mixture. Repeat this step until all shrimp are coated. Fry your shrimp until golden brown. While your shrimp are cooking combine the Mayonnaise, sriracha, sugar, rice vinegar and red pepper together to create your dipping sauce. Once shrimp are all cooked eat immediately and Enjoy.
