On February 3rd, the West Virginia Senate Judiciary Committee will hear Senate Bill 96 to strengthen West Virginia’s preemption law. The Senate Government Organization Committee previously heard SB 96 on January 16th. |

House Bill 787 has been assigned to the House Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee for consideration. It is a critical bill to expand the ability of law-abiding citizens to defend themselves and their families both within Georgia and in other states. |

On January 30th, the Virginia House of Delegates will hold floor votes on the gun control bills rushed through the Public Safety Committee last week. Among them is House Bill 674 to take away Second Amendment rights in limited court proceedings. |
