Sorry if you are getting this twice. Just got the updated member list.
Attention all members! Due to Gov Evers Safer at Home Order, the April meeting will not be open to the general membership. Officers, board of directors and archery chair will be the only ones allowed to attend. This will be a board meeting only and will meet the less than 10 people rule! If you have any input for the meeting, get your info or questions to any board member prior to the meeting. If you know any members without access to Facebook, please pass the word along to them. An email will be sent to those members who provided an email address. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Archers, we are awaiting confirmation on whether we can open up the archery course. Although the clubhouse will remain closed, we are trying to get the course opened up for use. With restrictions of course. Such as, no more than 2 people to a target, practice social distancing, etc. We will attempt to set up hand sanitizing stations throughout the course also. Bob will post a confirmation on here once we can let archery begin. He will also be enforcing the rules so please abide by them. Bob will also set a date and time for members to complete member and archery applications. If you would like an application sent to you via email, please request one by sending Bob an email or text to [email protected] or 920-860-0941. If you text, please add your name in case you are not in his contacts. Please wait until confirmed that the course will be open before submitting payments for archery.
I’m sorry if you are no longer a member and receiving this email. I am using a member list from 2014.
