Lemon Pepper Fish with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ lb. fresh mushrooms sliced
  • ¾ tsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 4 tilapia fillets 6 oz. each
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 3 green onions thinly sliced

Directions

  • In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat melt the butter.
  • Add mushrooms, CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning and garlic, cook until tender about 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the tilapia fillets over the mushrooms and sprinkle with paprika and cayenne pepper.
  • Place the lid on the CanCooker and steam for 10-15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
  • Top with tomato and green onions and serve.
