Lemon Pepper Fish with Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ lb. fresh mushrooms sliced
- ¾ tsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 4 tilapia fillets 6 oz. each
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 3 green onions thinly sliced

In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat melt the butter.

Add mushrooms, CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning and garlic, cook until tender about 3-5 minutes.

Place the tilapia fillets over the mushrooms and sprinkle with paprika and cayenne pepper.

Place the lid on the CanCooker and steam for 10-15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.

Top with tomato and green onions and serve.
