Hi All! It’s almost Maple Syrup Season at Camp Sinawa. If you are interested in helping tap trees, just show up on February 25th at 1:00 p.m. I’d like to get started on making a schedule for both sap collecting and boiling. If you are interested in these activities. can you please email me back with your preferred days for sap collecting (daily at 4 p.m) and/or your preferred days and time that you can boil (as needed basis; nearly impossible to predict!) .
We need approximately 4 folks daily to collect the syrup on each of the following days. For scheduling purposes, it would be great if you were available the same day each week (e.g. every Tuesday). But, just let me know what days you are available and I’ll slot you in. Remember, children and grandchildren are welcome. We don’t need collectors on March 13th and 17th because we have school groups who will do it those days. If you have a group who would like to collect sap one day, just let me know!.

Thanks!
