Ingredients
- 1 pound Large Shrimp (16-18 count)
- 2 Lemons
- 1 pound Asparagus
- 2 pound New Potatoes
- 1 tbsp CanCooker Butter Garlic Seasoning
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- ¼ tsp Crushed red Pepper Flakes
- 16 ounces Water

Directions
- Place the shrimp in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- Add in garlic and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Stir to coat and set aside.
- In any CanCooker place the two- piece rack into the bottom and add 16 ounces of water and the juice of one lemon.
- Layer the potatoes on the rack, cover and steam for 15 minutes on a low to medium heat.
- After 15 minutes remove the lid and layer the asparagus and lemon on top of the potatoes.
- Replace the lid and continue steaming for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes remove the lid and add shrimp.
- Replace lid and steam for an additional five minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with the CanCooker Butter Garlic Seasoning.
- Serve and Enjoy!
