Garlic Herb Salmon Sliders
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 4 tsp shallot finely chopped
- 2 tsp fresh dill snipped
- 1 ½ tbsp or more to taste – prepared horseradish
- 1 egg beaten
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 lb salmon fillet skin removed and cubed in small pieces
- 8 whole wheat dinner rolls split and roasted
- ¼ cup garlic herb spreadable cheese
- 8 leaves lettuce

In a large bowl combine panko crumbs, shallot, dill, horseradish, egg, salt, and pepper.

Place salmon in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped, add in the breadcrumb mixture.

Mix lightly and then shape into eight ½ inch patties.

On a medium-to-medium low heat source place 4 patties in the CanCooker.

Cook 3-4 minutes per side until lightly browned.

Repeat with remaining 4 patties.

Serve on rolls with spreadable cheese and lettuce.
