Good Morning everyone! Welcome fishermen and women to Mishicot and Shoto. I know this is a little late on reporting, but here is what I saw and found out on Saturday night.
Shoto West Twin River fishing by the dam sucks, but going a little deeper into the river has had some action from shore and mainly by boat. The opinion of those I spoke with feel the Fall run is just starting as there is still good color on the fish. Some, not all.
East Twin River in Mishicot has seen some fishermen getting a few fish from the dam area down along the river past the fire station. Met some super nice people from Iowa, Minn and Green Bay who really enjoy being here to fish.
I would like to ask all of you to NOT use the garbage cans to place your fish guts and remains into them. Our village workers are busting their butts everyday to clean up after you and please help them by using the proper cans for your fish guts and carcasses.
Thank you for coming to our area and I hope you will find everything you need here to make your visit enjoyable. Got any questions, feel free to ask us or this site.
NOTE: PHOTO IS FROM 2021, BECAUSE RIGHT NOW THE WATER LEVEL IS HALF OF WHAT YOU ARE SEEING HERE.
