Subject: Fish & Game Fund Raiser – 7 Lakes
The Manitowoc Unit of Manitowoc County Fish & Game announced that it will be holding Halloween Fish & Game Night @ 7 Lakes Golf & Dining on Friday, October 27th. This is a special fund raiser for the organization, sponsored by 7 Lakes, Leede Research and private sponsors. Sponsors will donate up to $4 per plate for every dinner for Fish & Game members and friends that evening. This includes off the menu and Friday Specials. All people have to do is mention Fish & Game to the waitress.
Reservations can be made by calling 7 Lakes at 920-775-4000. There will also be a series of special raffles at the event that include a Custom-Made Fishing Rod from Terry Busse, a Hand Made Deer Knife from Terry Novak and other prizes. There will also be other special activities and drawings with all proceeds benefiting the Manitowoc Unit and its conservation work. Event runs 4pm to 9pm and is open to everyone. Memberships will be available and the club notes that memberships have been down for the past two years. Support is critical to continuing its 115 year history of service.
The Manitowoc Unit meets the Second Wednesday of each month and meetings are open to the public. There is a speaker or presentation each meeting, followed by a short business meeting.
