- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1.5 pounds Red Potatoes
- 2 Onions
- ½ pound Roasted Pepper
- ½ pound Chopped Mushroom
- 4 Salmon Filets
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- CanCooker Creole Seasoning

Directions
- Coat the bottom of your CanCooker with olive oil.
- Add your sliced red potatoes spread evenly across the entire surface.
- Put your separated onions on top of the potatoes, spread out evenly.
- Add roasted peppers on top of the onions and potatoes.
- Add chopped mushrooms on top of the roasted peppers.
- Set your four salmon fillets on top of the vegetables, spread out evenly.
- Add lemon juices over the salmon fillets.
- Add CanCooker Creole Seasoning over fillets, seasoned to taste.
- Close lid and cook on medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
- Remove lid, remove salmon, and enjoy!
