Fisheries management on Lake Superior is challenging given the social, economic and environmental conditions of the lake and its fisheries.  The Department of Natural Resources will hold a public meeting on June 25 to provide updates on the Lake Superior Fishing Agreement, Lake Superior Management Plan, ongoing management activities and research, and more.  Meeting attendees will also have an opportunity to meet new staff involved in managing the fisheries of Lake Superior.

The meeting will take place at the WITC-Ashland campus, 2100 Beaser Ave. in Ashland.
